How long will it take to make a bespoke piece?
As soon as the order comes in, it will be placed in a queue for making. Pottery is a long process and some may not realise that it can take up to a month so please be aware of this time frame when placing an order. I will endeavour to make your pieces as quickly as I am able but due to being in a shared studio space I am unable to make any promises on when things are ready. The sooner you order the better!
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately as I am a small business I am unable to offer any returns at the moment. I am happy to keep you updated throughout the process of your piece if you should desire. However, if your order should break in delivery (fingers crossed this doesn't happen!) then a return can be arranged.
My item is cracked...
Pottery is a very fragile and undergoes a very traumatic process of being heated to extreme temperatures. There is a chance that not all pottery will come out perfectly, please be prepared for a handmade piece which will be wobbly and full of character. If there are some minor cracks, I will inform you of this. If there are major cracks, the piece may need time to be recreated or the discussion of a discount can be arranged.
